Pre-orders

From time to time, Groundcover UK may offer selected products for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.

Where a product is offered for pre-order, the estimated availability or dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Any dates provided are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact Groundcover UK as soon as possible and provide your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Our standard Returns & Refunds policy will then apply.

Changes to availability

We will do our best to meet any estimated availability or dispatch dates shown when you place your order.

If there is a significant delay or we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you using the details provided with your order. You will have the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Returns after delivery

Pre-ordering does not affect your usual return rights.

Once your order has been delivered, our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies, including our 14-day return period for eligible unworn items.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
