 or purchase products from us.

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

you will not attempt to disrupt or compromise its security;

all information you submit is accurate and complete.

We may update or withdraw the Website at any time without notice.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

colours may vary due to screen settings;

measurements are approximate as our footwear is handmade;

all products are subject to availability.

If an error is identified in pricing or information, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

payment cannot be authorised;

items are out of stock;

we suspect fraudulent activity;

there are pricing or description errors.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT when applicable.

We accept payment via secure third-party providers including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Groundcover UK does not store or process your full card details.

6. Delivery

We offer:

Free UK Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Optional paid upgrades: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times depend on Royal Mail service performance.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be:

unworn,

in original packaging,

in perfect, resalable condition.

Return postage for refunds is at your own cost.
However, we offer free UK exchanges for another size on footwear.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect:

contact us at sales@groundcover.co.uk with your order number and photos.

If confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email is sufficient).
Items must be returned in their original condition.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

any rights you have under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groundcover UK is not liable for:

accidents, slips, trips or falls occurring while wearing our footwear;

injuries or damage resulting from misuse, neglect or failure to follow care instructions;

using our footwear in environments or conditions for which it is not intended;

normal wear and tear;

losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase.

No shoe can eliminate the risk of slipping. The customer is responsible for wearing and using our products appropriately and with reasonable care.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including images, designs, text and logos—is owned by or licensed to Groundcover UK and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our permission.

12. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
